Scheduling is one of Threadly's core features. You can schedule posts as far in advance as you want — days, weeks, or months ahead — across all connected platforms.
Three ways to schedule
1. The Queue
A chronological list of all upcoming posts. Add a post to the queue, set a date and time (or let optimal timing pick for you), and it goes live at that moment. Drag-and-drop to reorder posts in the queue without losing their time slots.
2. The Calendar
A month/week/day calendar view of all scheduled content. Click any time slot to create a new post, or drag an existing post to a different slot to reschedule it. The calendar shows platform colour-coding so you see your cross-channel publishing cadence at a glance.
3. Bulk CSV import
Prepare a CSV with columns for date, time, platform, copy, and image URL. Import it to create hundreds of scheduled posts in seconds. Useful for campaign launches, product release sequences, or agency clients with large content backlogs.
Optimal timing
Enable optimal timing in your queue settings and Threadly's AI analyses your audience engagement patterns to recommend the best publish windows for each platform. Posts are automatically slotted into high-engagement time bands. You can still override any scheduling decision manually.
Per-platform customisation
When scheduling a post, you can set different copy, images, and hashtags for each platform — a single "idea" becomes platform-native content for every channel simultaneously.
