Threadly's AI content generation is powered by Anthropic's Claude — one of the most capable large language models available for writing tasks.
What the AI can generate
- Single post captions — Write in the composer, select a tone (professional, casual, educational, promotional), and click "AI Enhance" to improve your draft or "Generate from scratch" to start fresh.
- Platform variants — One input, multiple outputs. The AI automatically adapts copy for Twitter's character limit, LinkedIn's long-form professional style, and Instagram's hashtag-heavy format.
- Full content calendars — Input your brand name, product description, target audience, and content pillars. The AI generates a full month of post ideas with copy, hashtag sets, and image prompts for each day.
- Hashtag sets — The AI recommends hashtags ranked by relevance, reach, and competition level for each post and platform.
How to train the AI on your brand voice
In Settings → Brand Voice, add examples of your best-performing posts and describe your tone (e.g., "friendly but authoritative, avoid jargon, always include a CTA"). The AI uses this as a style guide for every content generation request in that workspace.

- Starter — 50 credits/month
- Professional — 200 credits/month

One credit = one generation request (a single post or a full calendar counts as one credit).
MCP integration for Claude Desktop users
