Threadly is built for team collaboration. Every plan level includes a defined number of seats, and team members can be assigned granular roles.
Seats by plan
- Free — 1 user (account owner only)
- Starter ($19/mo) — 3 users
- Professional ($49/mo) — 10 users
- Agency ($149/mo) — Unlimited users
- Enterprise — Unlimited users + SSO (SAML)
User roles
- Admin — Full access: manage settings, billing, connected accounts, team members, and all content.
- Editor — Create, edit, schedule, and publish content. Cannot change billing or team settings.
- Viewer — Read-only access to the queue, calendar, and analytics. Cannot create or publish content.
Approval workflows
On Professional and above, you can require Editor-created posts to be approved by an Admin before publishing. This is useful for agencies, regulated industries, or brand consistency enforcement. Approvers receive an email notification for each post pending review.
How to invite team members
Go to Settings → Team → Invite Members. Enter the team member's email address and select their role. They receive an email invitation and can join immediately. Invites expire after 7 days if not accepted.
