Threadly's white-label option lets agencies deliver a fully branded social media management platform to their clients — powered by Threadly, but presented under your agency's identity.
What can be white-labelled
- Custom domain — Host the platform at your own subdomain (e.g., social.youragency.com).
- Agency logo — Replace the Threadly logo with your own in the header and login page.
- Colour scheme — Adjust the primary brand colours to match your agency identity.
- Email notifications — Client-facing emails come from your domain (requires email DNS setup).
- Powered by — Optionally remove the "Powered by Threadly" attribution.
How client Workspaces work in white-label mode
When a client logs in, they see your agency's branding throughout. They can compose, schedule, and review analytics for their own social accounts without knowing Threadly is the underlying platform. You retain full admin access across all client workspaces from your agency-level account.
Setting up white-label
- Upgrade to the Agency plan.
- Go to Settings → White Label.
- Upload your logo, set your brand colours, and configure your custom domain with the provided DNS records.
- DNS propagation takes 1–48 hours; set up wizards guide you through each step.
Pricing
White-label is included in the Agency plan at $149/month. For custom onboarding, client billing passthrough, or enterprise-scale deployments, contact sales.
