The Creative Library is your centralised media repository inside Threadly. Instead of hunting through Dropbox or Google Drive every time you need a branded image, the Creative Library keeps all your visual assets one click from the composer.
Supported file types
- Images: JPG, PNG, GIF, WebP, SVG
- Video: MP4, MOV, AVI (up to 500MB per file)
- Documents: PDF (for LinkedIn document carousels)
Organising assets
- Folders — Create folders by campaign, brand, content type, or season.
- Tags — Tag assets with keywords and search instantly across your full library.
- Usage history — See which posts each asset has been used in.
Using assets in the composer
In the post composer, click the image icon and then "Creative Library" to browse and search your uploaded assets. Select an image or video to insert it directly — no downloading and re-uploading needed.
Team access
All team members in a Workspace share the same Creative Library. Editors and Admins can upload new assets; Viewers can browse and insert but not delete.
Storage limits
- Professional: 10GB storage per Workspace
- Agency: 50GB per Workspace
- Enterprise: Custom storage
