Cancelling your Threadly subscription is straightforward — no phone calls, no forms, no cancellation fees.
How to cancel
- Log in to your Threadly account.
- Go to Settings → Billing.
- Scroll to the bottom and click Cancel Subscription.
- Select your reason (optional — helps us improve) and confirm.
What happens after cancellation
- Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period (month you already paid for).
- After the billing period ends, your account reverts to the Free plan (3 profiles, 30 posts/month).
- Scheduled posts that fall outside the Free plan limits will not be published.
- Your data — posts, analytics, team settings, connected accounts — is retained for 90 days on the Free plan.
- After 90 days of no paid activity, inactive data may be deleted. You will receive an email warning before any deletion.
Refund policy
Threadly offers a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. If you cancel within 14 days of your first paid subscription, email support for a full refund. Renewals are non-refundable unless a billing error occurred.
Enterprise subscriptions
Enterprise contracts are invoiced annually. Cancellation terms are defined in your individual service agreement. Contact your account manager for assistance.
